- Monday's Tour of Qatar Stage 2 departs Camel Race Track at 12:30pm local (10:30am CET, 4:30am U.S. Eastern) and is expected at the finish at Al Khor Corniche at around 4:19pm local (2:19pm CET, 8:19am U.S. Eastern).  Tour of Qatar live video streaming is expected to begin at around 3:00pm local (1:00pm CET, 7:00am U.S. Eastern).

- Expected LIVE video here and here.  (likely geo-restricted)  Looking for alternatives.  Chances for another live stream may increase starting with Monday's Stage 2 given the busy weekend sports schedule and more TV options...

- Stage 1 map and info here.

- Mark Cavendish won in 2013 but he is not back to defend.  Riders expected on the start line include:  Four-time winner Tom Boonen, Greipel, Demare, Cancellara, Gilbert, Viviani, Eisel, Burghardt, van Avermaet, Boom, Bos, Devolder, Steegmans, Terpstra, Offredo, Pate, Stannard, Sutton, Guardini, Westra, Kristoff, Haussler, Tuft, Hayman, Bennati, Morkov, Bennett, Turgot, Riblon, Forster, Haedo, ...  Full, official start list here.

- Sunday's Tour of Qatar Stage 1 departs Al Wakra at 1:00pm local (11:00am CET, 5:00am U.S. Eastern) and is expected at the finish at Dukhan Beach at around 4:19pm local (2:19pm CET, 8:19am U.S. Eastern).  Tour of Qatar live video streaming is expected to begin at around *3:00pm local (*1:00pm CET, *7:00am U.S. Eastern). *The BeIN Sports television schedule is not very reliable.  This is my estimated time based on what we had last year, despite the fact the TV schedule currently suggests live coverage doesn't begin until after 3:30pm local.  Given the expected finish time, that would mean well less than an hour of coverage.  Further, coverage goes live on BeIN Sports France at 1pm CET during the week, so we'll see. Will list what I find.
