Lance Armstrong (RadioShack) finished just outside the top 10, 11th at 1:09.  But the ride vaulted him into second place overall in the 2010 Tour de Suisse.

Frank Schleck (Saxo Bank) finished 13th, just 5 seconds behind Armstrong.  It was good enough for Schleck to grab the yellow jersey on the final day of the race.
