Scheldeprijs Vlaanderen LIVE

Notes: (latest notes always appear at the top)
- Watch video of the final kilometer of today's Scheldeprijs Vlaanderen on Sporza here. (06:56) - LIVE tickers, race profile and graphics in our Live tickers section. - Another stream taken town. - - - Scheldeprijs Vlaanderen LIVE now on cycling.tv. Sporza coverage appears geo-restricted. RTBF are having technical problems. We have other leads, one possibly starting at half past the hour. - Tour of Turkey LIVE now. Links to live video and audio (French) above. - The Sportwereld ticker doesn't sit well with full page Google or Babelfish translation. But you can copy/paste text from the ticker into the Translate text box of Google's Language Tools page. Select Dutch as your source text, select the language you want it translated to and click the Translate button. - Sportwereld ticker changed their start time, so looks like they're at least somewhat active from 13:00 CET, 5 minutes ago. - Coming up after today's races: Tour de Cycling - Wednesday - Looks like the earliest live ticker coverage (on CN) won't get underway until 14:30 CET (8:30am U.S. Eastern). - Tom Boonen, by raising his arms too early, literally got posterized by Mark Cavendish in this race last year. In a different manner, Thor Hushovd no doubt got posterized when he overcooked that corner in Paris-Roubaix as Boonen took off. (If you missed it, check out Bernard Papon's photo sequence in yesterday's "Tour de Cycling - Tuesday".) Cavendish is not back to defend at the GP de l'Escaut as French speakers call it.
- We recommend you open our Twitter feed in a separate window now. If ever we have a server outage, we will update on Twitter and direct you to a live coverage page on another server. - Welcome to our live coverage guide for the 2009 Scheldeprijs Vlaanderen. |
