- Team Sky has withdrawn from the Vuelta due to the death of soigneur Txema Gonzalez.  They will attend Txema's funeral next week.

- You may have heard that Team Sky soigneur Txema Gonzalez died in a Seville hospital Friday after falling ill during the Vuelta.  There will be a moment of silence before the start of today's Stage 8.  Our condolences to Txema's family, friends and Team Sky...
