- Tomorrow's Tour de France Stage 8 departs Figeac at 13:10 CET (7:10am U.S. Eastern) and is expected in Toulouse between 17:05 and 17:29 CET (11:05 and 11:29am U.S. Eastern).  Tour de France live streaming on Eurosport is scheduled to begin at 15:00 CET (9am U.S. Eastern).

- Tour de France live video streaming flash:  Our TDF combo player 1 is back online, this time with Eurosport Germany video (and Eurosport English audio).  (Replaces the old combo player 1 that used Sputnik which is no longer available worldwide.)

- The Justin.tv Eurosport UK feed is also playing today's stage live.

- CSC has put their entire team on the front and have taken advantage of crosswinds to blow apart the peloton, just like they did on the way to Montargis at the 2004 Paris-Nice.  (I was at the finish line in Montargis that day and was shocked to see the small group containing the entire CSC team.)  When there are strong crosswinds, there is limited space on the road for riders to seek shelter from the wind behind riders in front.  Gaps open, they can be difficult to close and small groups form all along the route.

- Live coverage has also begun on France 2, with Laurent Fignon in the studio and Laurent Jalabert on the moto.

- Tour de France live video streaming has begun on our TDF combo player 2 and on Eurosport.

- Tour de France live coverage on Eurosport (German commentary, via channelsurfing) has begun.  If German is not your language, as always you can mute the sound on that stream and then click one of our Eurosport live audio feeds in the language of your choice for your commentary.

- The race has also gone live on France 2 with commentating by Thierry Adam and two-time Tour winner Laurent Fignon, "author," with Greg LeMond, of arguably the greatest-ever TDF in 1989, won by LeMond by just 8 seconds after 3 weeks of racing!

- Tour de France live video streaming is getting underway on our TDF player 2 (as well as on the separate no-audio "tiny Eurosport live video" feed, which, as John points out, isn't so tiny anymore.  Didn't know that video streams grow up over time.)

- Today's Tour de France Stage 6 departs Aigurande at 12:30 CET (6:30am U.S. Eastern) and is expected at Super-Besse between 17:03 and 17:31 CET (11:03 and 11:31am U.S. Eastern).  Tour de France live coverage on Eurosport should start at around 14:00 CET (8am U.S. Eastern).
