- More Tour de France video (available only in the U.K.):  ITV4
             -Bernie

- Best bets today are the Sputnik and "Tiny Eurosport live video" feeds, both available worldwide.  We hope to have more feeds tomorrow as the work week begins.

- Versus stream no longer playing today's stage live.

- Today's on-air TV coverage on Versus (U.S.) has begun.  At the moment, the Versus live video stream is still playing, now with the regular broadcast team.

- The Eurosport audio feeds in Francais and Deutsch are also working for us today.

- Tour de France live audio playing on Eurosport UK (both the main link and the Alternative link).

- The first Justin.tv link in our list and the Tiny Eurosport live video feed are also now playing today's stage live.  As John C. wrote in to point out, you can double-click on the "tiny" feed to make it full screen.  Quality goes down but image is bigger.  For that matter, is it us or is the "tiny" feed already a bit bigger than it used to be?

- Tour de France live webcast has begun on Versus (U.S.).  It took a few moments to kick in after displaying a black screen.  Must be a lot of people connecting.  Live coverage has also begun on Sputnik.

- Today's Tour de France Stage 2 departs Auray at 13:15 CET (7:15am U.S. Eastern) and is expected in Saint-Brieuc between 16:54 and 17:16 CET (10:54 and 11:16am U.S. Eastern).  Tour de France live video streaming on Versus (U.S. only) is scheduled to play from 7am to 8:30am U.S. Eastern when the Versus TV live coverage will begin.  Eurosport live coverage should begin at around 13:00 CET (7am U.S. Eastern).

- For Tour de France via satellite info, check out our cycling via satellite coverage blog by MJ Ray here .

If you have live Tour de France TV coverage at home (on Versus, for example), you can watch that coverage from a computer at work or anywhere in the world by using a Sling Media Slingbox.  You simply connect a Slingbox to your home TV signal and it streams the programs over the internet for you.  There are different models available at Amazon.com here:

Tell a friend about cyclingfans.com?  We'd really appreciate it.

- A bit later today, we'll have some non-spoiler photos of today's stage from award-winning Fotoreporter Sirotti.  (And every stage of the TDF.)

- Live streaming flash:  We've added a third Justin.tv video feed, jtvsports2.

- Live streaming flash:  There is a Justin.tv link showing a Eurosport UK feed.  Thanks, Tim!

- If you are in the U.K., you also have the option of listening to the BBC live audio commentary of the Tour.  Link has been added.
  -Bernie S.

- Live streaming flash:  There is now a video feed available on justin.tv.  (German commentary)

- Regarding combining a video feed with a separate audio feed (Eurosport UK, for instance):  Both Eurosport English live audio feeds are working for us today, though it can take some patience to get the Alternative feed.  We are able to watch the Sputnik or Eurosport live video feeds while launching the Alternative Eurosport English audio feed in a separate window.  As more live video feeds become available, hopefully buffering will be less of a problem.  We then plan to list some combo players combining video and separate audio feeds in one link, like we had during the Giro d'Italia.

- For Tour de France via satellite info, check out our cycling via satellite coverage blog by MJ Ray here .

- The Versus TV (formerly OLN) coverage of today's stage of the Tour de France has begun in the U.S., with Craig Hummer, Bob Roll, Paul Sherwen and Phil Liggett commentating.  Johan Bruyneel will join the broadcast team for the last week of the Tour.  The Versus internet stream has ended for today but will be back tomorrow prior to the regular TV broadcast.

- Tour de France live streaming flash:  Sputnik is playing the Tour de France.  More live video streams to come today and in the days ahead.

- The Eurosport UK, Germany and Spain audio feeds are live with today's stage of the Tour de France.

- The 2008 Tour de France is underway.  Live video streaming now playing on Versus and on Eurosport.  Most live streams will not begin until later.

- Versus will be streaming Stages 1 and 2 live over the internet but only until their regular live TV coverage begins.  They continue to be fearful that live streaming will adversely affect their TV viewership.

- We are monitoring quite a few potential sources for Tour de France live video streaming available worldwide.  We will add them to the list at right as they become available.  There are also some country-specific streams we will be listing.  We expect to be adding quite a few links during today's stage and in the days ahead.
