If your Norwegian is a bit rusty, as always you can mute
the sound in your media player and select the Eurosport audio stream

- Bernie says: "The Norwegian live video link alternates
between NRK1 and NRK2 so there is no way
to know ahead of time when it will actually be showing the Giro
." Thanks, Bernie. As of 16:00 CET (10:00am U.S. Eastern),
the link is playing the Giro live . It might not last until
the end of the stage and may go away, then come back.
- Demand for live video streams will be very heavy today,
as you'd expect. The gazzetta.it video streams should go
live a little later in the stage and we are monitoring another possible
stream to see if it goes live too.
- Eurosport's various live audio streams are now
playing the Giro. Cycling fan Yonathan recommends
the French feed for those who understand the language:
"The commentators include Richard Virenque and
Jacky Durand and their coverage is outstanding!!!" We
agree, Durand in particular is a natural commentator. Play-by-play
man Patrick Chassé is excellent and the entire team is
enjoyable to listen to.

Giro d'Italia: Mountain time trial

mountain time trial. The RAI Sport live video stream
should begin at around 15:15 CET (9:15am U.S. Eastern).

The Tour of Italy's Stage 12 heads into France tomorrow,
to Briançon
Stage 12 to climb mythic Col d'Izoard
The Izoard Pass, a real treat for spectators on site and TV viewers
